Static Electricity

It was nice to see her having so much fun. She started rolling all around the tramp and then it looked like she just glowed around her head with her hair flying every which way.

They all had to show off their cool moves and wanted to be in the picture.

Joseph looks kind of funny in this one. Playing on the trampoline is such a great activity. Joseph, Hyrum and Nathan are my nephews. It is nice that they are good friends with my kids.

Superbowl Party

Super Bowl Party- food, family, fun and football. I really don't go to the party to watch the game so the food and family part is what I look foreword to. I was in charge of making the cake for the party. We were celebrating Sarah, great grandma, grandma, Lilly and Kyle's Birthdays all in the first week of February. Next we were getting together to say good luck to my brother Jackson who will be leaving today for the next three months for his Pilots schooling. And another good luck to my brother Lester who is trying out for the BSU football team today.

Well I had a good time eating and talking to the family, the guys watched the football game while the girls did some eyebrow waxing. We all had some cake, which turned out alright, and wished everyone well while some of the party had to leave.

There was extra cake left over, but since I am now sick of cake and frosting, I gave the rest to my parents.

I gave this purse with some extra little things to Sarah for her birthday. I thought it would be fun to learn to make a purse and I will probably try making some more on different patterns. It didn't come out as cute as I thought it would but I think Sarah could find something to us it for.

I hope you had a good birthday Sarah especial with the one hour showing of The office that you were looking foreword to. Happy Birthday everyone and Good Luck.

Memories

My friend had this on her blog and I wanted to try too.

Here are the rules:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you (and if this isn't on there...I'll assume you're a procrastinator like me and will check back later!)

Jeff's Graduation

Oh how great it is to finally graduate. A great acomplishment to start of a new part of life. High school graduation, it is funny how it really doesn't mean much for the rest of your life aside from people being able to see that you did it.

Jeff is Doug's little brother, I know its hard to tell. They practially look the same. Jeff is the second to last child. That means only one more left in high school. Its crazy that the family is growing up so fast.

Jeff seemed pretty excited and happy to be done with it all. Now off to getting ready for a mission. Thomas his older brother is on a mission right now in Australia and Jeff will probably have to leave for his mission before Thomas gets off of his.

Day of fun with Issac

Issac came over one last time to play with Cameron before they moved away. He brought with him his spiderman costumes so that they could both play pretend spiderman. Cameron was so excited about that and right away they got to there web slinging and karate kicks. Once they got tired of playing inside they headed out to the trampoline for more spiddy action.

While in the disguse of spriderman they turned into transformers and killed all of the disepticons. They were having so much fun that they couldn't handle having the costumes on any longer. The costumes were left unmonitored and before I knew Lilly had turned into spiderman too.

We thought that the next best thing to playing spiderman would be to ride the bikes to the park. Lilly was over joyed and started pushing the baby in the stroller as fast as she could. Inevitably she made the stroller topple over. Miah's face got a little scratched up but as soon as we started off for the park again she stop crying.

Issac rode Lilly's bike to the park and then on the way back they switched and he got to ride Cameron's bike back to the house. Cameron enjoyed riding his bike but fell off of it and scratched himself pretty good on the street. We were having Cameron and Issac share the bike pads and when Issac had the elbow pads Cameron happened to fall on his elbows. Then we switched them around and when he didn't have the knee pads on he scratched up his knee. Funny how things work.

At the park they climbed the tree and chased each other around. One thing about Cameron though, is that when he is playing with other kids he tends to follow everything they do and copy their actions. Issac got a little frustrated with that but they worked things out.

We ended the day with a relaxing movie. When Holly came to pick up Issac they gave hugs and said good bye. It was a great day.

friends

So this is Cameron's friend Issac. Issac is the brightest 4 year old we know. Cameron has enjoyed having preschool with him and pretending to be transformers. I wanted to get a picture for both of the to remember each other. They are cute kids but it is too bad that I forgot to wash his mouth before the picture was taken.

Sad Day

So today I was talking to Cameron about his preschool graduation tomorrow. He was excited about all the games we will do and the pictures we will take with the cap and gown. He was excited about the hot dogs we will have for lunch and just being able to play with his friends.
While we were in the subject of the graduation I thought it would be good to tell him that preschool will be ending and that it will be the last preschool day of the year. He was sad about that. I also told him that it will be one of the last times he will be able to see Issac. "Issac is moving" I said. "He is moving out of our state." Cameron said "Why, Why mommy, Why" then he proceeded to cry and cry. So I thought it might help to have him talk to Issac and he agreed.
We called up Issac and I handed Cameron the phone. The second Cameron got on the phone he started crying. He asked Issac, "Why are you moving out of state, why are you moving out of state Issac?" I don't know what Issac said but he continued to just say why, why, why. I felt bad for him because he really likes Issac and they have fun together, but this is bound to happen with friends through the years. I was trying to not laugh through this because I thought it was so cute.
We are sad that they will be leaving and we hope the best for them. Good luck you guys.
